Important: If the product delivered matches the product ordered by you, no return, exchange, or refund will be accepted. Customers are requested to carefully review all product specifications, images, and descriptions before placing an order.

Once a prepaid order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.

Wrong Product Policy : If you receive a product different from the one you ordered, There should be a complete unboxing video only then we will replace it with the correct product after verification. No refund will be provided under any circumstances for wrong product deliveries.

Damaged Product Policy : If you receive a damaged product, you must record a complete unboxing video from the moment the sealed parcel is opened. The video should clearly show the parcel condition, shipping label, and the damaged product. This video is required for us to verify and confirm whether the damage occurred from our end or during transit. Claims for damaged products without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

If a damage claim is verified through the unboxing video, we will provide a replacement product only. No refund will be provided for damaged products under any circumstances.

We do not allow refunds for any orders. Replacements will only be provided in verified cases of wrong product delivery or transit damage, subject to the conditions mentioned above.
