This video is required for us to verify and confirm whether the damage occurred from our end or during transit. Claims for damaged products without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

If a damage claim is verified through the unboxing video, we will provide a replacement product only. No refund will be provided for damaged products under any circumstances.

We do not allow refunds for any orders. Replacements will only be provided in verified cases of wrong product delivery or transit damage, subject to the conditions mentioned above.
